"The nature of my duties was relevant to my career field."
What don't you like about working at CashEdge?
"Lack of work-life balance. Most of my team/direct reports worked in India and had a 12/13 hour time difference, necessitating a need to work after hours on a regular basis (middle of the night king of thing). You could never get away from your job at Cashedge where it would demand your time during evenings, late night and on holidays and weekends (which was something that was necessary all the time)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Diversify the company and create a work atmosphere that is less foreign in its culture, style, environment, expectations, requirements, etc. Try not to conduct QA by releasing products, services, upgrades, new features, functions, etc. into production and let the customer base call in to either complain, criticize, or provide feedback. Releases ought to be vetted for accuracy, quality, soundness, viability, performance prior to release into production."
