"I like the people that I work with. I enjoy seeing and greeting our guest. I also enjoy receiving the replenishment truck and stocking the stockroom and the retail floor."

"above all things be honest. the worst anyone can do is say thanks, but no thanks."

What don't you like about working at Cracker Barrel?

"the lack of upward communications. I have asked several questions or made suggestions to my retail manager. I have been told that's not Cracker Barrels way or I f that's what Cracker Barrel wants, hen that's what Cracker Barrel gets"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"put trust in your people. communication is a two way street."

What do you like about working at Old Navy?

"Of course the discounts. Also the staff that I work with is a very fun group of people. We work in a fun environment while at the same time helping our target customers find the fashions that they love so much."

What don't you like about working at Old Navy?

"The store manager can be a little b****y at times!"

"Learn effective communication between each other as well as with the associates"
