"When Garda stopped matching the 401(k) plan as I contributed the maximum allowed each year."

"To bring back matching the 401(k) plan for a better retirement."

What do you like about working at Guy Carpenter & Co.?
"I loved the fast pace environment, colleagues, and the location. As I was account manager for many different lines of business, variety was there that I enjoyed. Daily rapport internally/externally. I enjoyed the travelling for these audits - putting faces with the voices. I also enjoyed the fact that I was exposed to so much - was quite comfortable in wearing many hats."

"I worked a lot on cash accounting ,and multiple bank reconciliations.This improved my experience on bank reconciliation."
