"I worked for Case.one for a year. Although I’ll be forever grateful to the founders of case one for my position, I have to say that the final year of its three-year history was tumultuous and unguided which led inevitably to a loss of funding for this promising start up. The management hired a very talented crew of sales and marketing veterans back by excellent technical people. The problem was, there was no playbook from the top and management is not in power employees to apply their expertise to perform the functions for which they were hired. With an ever-changing “moving target” for a sales plan, it was difficult for both sales and support to execute. Although the sass offering was well received in Russia, this company had no U.S. customers to reference. Management would not allow us to disclose our Russian Origin or our Iranian/russian funding. The work environment was extremely toxic and abusive from upper management. Software development was performed in Russia which made communication between developers and U.S. customer success difficult. With multiple lawsuits from former employees, zero enterprise sales, and a “vapor-ware” offering, investors eventually pulled funding. The Vice President of Sales, Andy, was the most talented sales manager I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Likewise the support group was impressive in the performance of their job functions."

"Poor management, low morale, lack of funding, an unfinished product, and a constantly shifting sales objective makes this employer one of the most difficult places I've worked. The salary and commission structure where reduced constantly as a punitive measure but no employee performance evaluations were ever performed. Any disagreement with the founders was met with demotion or termination. A seasoned and knowledgeable sales crew were hired for their expertise in enterprise SaaS sales processes, and then never allowed to execute their defined sales process, by the inexperienced founders."
