"Work assignments are too fluid - hard to keep up with who does what; not enough training or coaching, it was hard to get feedback on performance - it felt like getting ambushed. There was not a well defined path for career growth or advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stabilize work assignments; implement a real mentoring program, design and implement a performance review process. Consider updating select work processes."
