"Nothing. It starts from the top"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't do it. You will hate Boxer, not understand theI creative accounting any there is no security. I ran after one year."
What don't you like about working at Boxer Property Management?
"Everything. There is HUGE turnover in Boxer. They do not value nor mentor employees for long term if they have had other experience. They will cheat you from vacation time and anything else you have earned unless you fight."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of it all and start with experiencewd people"

"I like the respectful, professional atmosphere; no micro-managers; an emphasis on professional and personal integrity over expedience; freedom to manage my work schedule. I was personally acquainted outside of the work environment with many of the employees. There is an atmosphere of trust at this company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would advise asking about career development and growth opportunities."
What don't you like about working at Case, Huff & Associates?
"Work assignments are too fluid - hard to keep up with who does what; not enough training or coaching, it was hard to get feedback on performance - it felt like getting ambushed. There was not a well defined path for career growth or advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stabilize work assignments; implement a real mentoring program, design and implement a performance review process. Consider updating select work processes."

"It was a great accounting, leasing and marketing experience."
What do you like about working at Bank of Tokyo?
"I was responsible as the fiduciary agent for Sanwa Bank and had full management of two of their buildings, so it was a great managment experience. I was able to form relationships with the tenants, create good relationships in the community and keep a low vacancy rate."
What don't you like about working at Bank of Tokyo?
"Unfortunately, I stopped working for the Bank after a high ranking bank executive continually made inappropriate sexual advances toward me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respect your female employees, and do not try to force them into inappropriate relationships."

"Nice building and office."

"They were new at managing their own properties and did not have standards in place."
