"The company I work for is a family run business that has been around for over 60 years. They really do care for all of their employees, from the factory workers, to their office staff. The owners come into the office 3 - 4 times a week and they know everyone by name. Management will work with their employees whenever possible, and the work environment has a family feel to it."
