"I have worked with Carsem Inc for 3 years. It was the most painful experience I had compared to any other employment I had for the past 35 years. The management has no vision. Unstable organisation, lack of funds. No bonus. Be prepared to work for 100 hours a week with little appreciation. Account managers and Technical Sales have been rebranded to Brand Managers to save money, meaning you have to do 2 jobs with the same pay. No management support. AVOID employment with this company. Warning."
