"Good Product with some great employees. Company is easy to navigate"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Maybe in a few years,, not right now. Yes the product is good and easy to sell, but you must sell an incredible amount of product to make a good living. Way more then industry standards. You will become an ordertaker as you have no support at all."
What don't you like about working at Carrier Enterprise?
"Margins are kept artificially low at distributor level to control income of incentivized employees. Targets are unattainable and they know it. You could sell millions of dollars in product and make less than the receptionist. No Joke,,, it happens all the time. Salespeople that leave go on to be very succesfull elsewhere, so the problem is not the salesforce. Watsco owned company is only considered in trimming costs Qtr to Qtr to look good."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Resign,,, go do a course in Sales Managment. Do not let accountant manage salesforce."
