Carpenters Training Committee for Northern California Employee

"This is one of the largest training funds on the west coast. It was at one time very prestigious. However, the new Executive Director has gutted the curriculum. Changed many time-honored procedures and filled the ranks with employees that only say yes. The consequences of this are and will become more relevant. Teachers that care are shunned and overlooked. All that matters is the appearance of quality training. The work environment is toxic. Procedures change daily. Communications are minimal. Many people in upper management have no leadership skills."
