"I knew how to drive my own vehicle to and from the job. Didn't have a work vehicle to learn how to drive. Paycheck pretty much paid for fuel."

"Don't really have any tips or hints other then Don't."

"No work vehicle provided to me. Boss had no knowledge of what actually went on."

"Do less and learn more. Don't criticize for stuff that they don't know how to fix."

"Evrything, cause I like to learn and apply what I learned on a daily basis."

"Not really that much not to like just not enough work durring this economy."

"dealing with bedbugs and all the nasty details of dealing with that,I was not hired for that,and I feared I would bring it home"

"I don't get any paid vacation or holidays and there is not much room for advancement in the company."

"I would suggest that when they get jobs to go thru the prints and order the material that they know we will be needing and not wait."

"The only thing that Id say I dont real care for is having to pay my own insurance other then that I like everything about it."

"In management you have to be trusted by your employes and express to them when doing a good job. And me as an employer dont believe you should ever down grade a guy, you need to expain nicely whats wron and whats right."

"I didn't like not having any health insurance or vacation time."

"I would advise others that they have a rigorous physical routine. This was an extremely demading physical job."

"There its all about me attitude and the way they treat everyone else"

"Your employees are the face of your livelihood, keep them happy and you will have a better running business, also hire a PM that know what he is talking about."
