Assistant Warehouse Manager

"My experience was tremendous, fulfilling, and rewarding!"

What do you like about working at Carolina Logistics Services?

"I liked everything about the company. I spent the best 12 years of my working career there and never thought I would be laid off. The whole grocery industry was always a fascination for me and I have learned all the details of how it all works and have made major improvements for manufacturers that have been very cost effective for them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be truthful and it's ok if you are not the right fit for the job. Be honest!"

What don't you like about working at Carolina Logistics Services?

"The only lacking thing that I could provide here would be that the corporate office back in Winston-Salen, NC would not be fully versed on the daily happening at the warehouse on the west coast. At times the time difference made it a little challenging."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My immediate boss, John was a terrific manager as well as my regional manager. They would both be firm but fair."
