"I've worked here since 2009 and have enjoyed working there. I am glad about the opportunity this company has given me to become a supervisor. It's rough working 12 hr shifts but it's nice to have days off in between. This company could compensate their co workers more for what they do. But the nice thing is the small bonuses they give and still being able to get a raise every year. I would do it all over again, just on day shift this go around."
