"The work was very old fashioned and below par. They were too set in their ways with too many senior creatives. And there wasn't a real team atmosphere between the departments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your young people. Believe it or not they know what they are talking about. If you really want to be a great boss be more hands off and mold young ideas. And honestly they have life experience and intelligence about the world that you just don't have. Which is OK. Young people still need you to direct the message of their ideas and execution. But they know what's going on. Trust them."
