"I've worked for Carlson since 2007. My experience has been amazing, co-workers, environment and perks have been just as amazing. However, with the downturn in the economy, and being a smaller player, the company struggles to grow, in fact it's shrinking and jobs are now being eliminated. Still a great place to work, just not as it once was for me."

"Be yourself and willing to serve their diversity clients. This is one of the large privately own company in America and with more than 290,000 employees world wide."

"High risk of turn over employment due to kep businesses concentration on travel and hospitality."

"I think the senior management at Carlson has done a great done but because of the high risk of the businesses the company in."

"I enjoyed working with everyone there. I had an opportunity to build a business from scratch and built it to 5 million in sales. I did reached the top of my career level."

"Work in a department that has been there for a long time."
What don't you like about working at Carlson Companies?
"I didn't enjoy the turn over of upper executives. A lot of corporate secrecy. A few people took advantage and took credit for my work. They didn't think out the box and change the business so that it would grow more, instead they shut it down thinking that I had nothing to do with it's success. Now they have about half the amount of sales from when I ran the show."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Talk to everyone. My VP and I never sat and talked. My previous supervisor acted strange and wouldn't reply back to VM or e-mails my last six months there."
