"There will be no raises in three years. And everyon's workload continues to increase.There is major lack of trust in senior management."

"There too many senior executives for the how small Carlson Marketing has become. The company has substantial shrunk but the executive team is still large."
"Great people but processes were cumbersome and slow...hard to get anything done. Too much employee turnover."
