"Look someplace else. Carslon Marketing is not a great place to work like it used to be."

"There will be no raises in three years. And everyon's workload continues to increase.There is major lack of trust in senior management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There too many senior executives for the how small Carlson Marketing has become. The company has substantial shrunk but the executive team is still large."
