What suggestions do you have for management?
"A new company assumed operations of Carlsbad Mental Health Center and the new management team is from another county where where the culture is different than Eddy County. The new company is good, but they need to engage community leaders who are cautious about their presence in the community and incorporate community expectations into practice management."
