"If you like selling yourself out and working 50+ hours a week, and then getting beat up for wanting to use PTO, and constant threats of termination, then this is your place."

What don't you like about working at CareNow?

"Being blamed for bad management decisions I did not make."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not micromanage your employees. Do not penalize an employee that plans on leaving by stealing 1/2 of their earned PTO."
