"Bureaucracy is their downfall. Nothing can be changed with out excessive layers of approvals. Even things that are obvious and beneficial take an exorbitant amount of time to implement. They beg for feedback and ask staff for ideas to improve and then deny what they hear and do what they want."

"If you like selling yourself out and working 50+ hours a week, and then getting beat up for wanting to use PTO, and constant threats of termination, then this is your place."

"Being blamed for bad management decisions I did not make."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not micromanage your employees. Do not penalize an employee that plans on leaving by stealing 1/2 of their earned PTO."
