"there was no retirement benefits, and no upward movement for advancement"

"management support is great but there is no real future if you want to advance professionally"

"Make sure you like your boss and their management style. Ask about the department culture and make sure it is a job you really want."

"Expectations are unrealistic. Our Director does nto communicate the vision and we have an associate Director that does his own thing and micromanages everyone. He does not listen to anyone"

"I would pull the different departments of the university together and make them function as one."

"It was my first career transition from corporate to non-profit, and the experience was an eye opener into another sector."
