"Currently working in the finance department. Unfair and inconsistent practices throughout the business. Leadership is hyperfocused on millennials and doesn't train or develop people over 35. Leadership is not honest, and needs to be more transparent."

"I've worked as MAF's repairman. The collective good. Conditions are normal. But I was fired in a test period for poor performance even though I corrected."

"It's a dead-end job, unless you're family. But if you get in, it helps pay the bills."

What do you like about working at CARDONE Industries?

"The job paid my bills. Most of the people are nice. Prayer. Chapels. Money. OK."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"say servant leadership a few times and you'll get the job. Oh, and talk about the company -- they love the name Cardone and how great they are."

What don't you like about working at CARDONE Industries?

"They don't walk what they talk. Strict -- old school hammer. Unfair promotion and hiring -- it's all in the family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Implement fair practices. This all in the family business is killing you. Instead of laying off good workers -- get rid of the excessive management and family members of executives and owners. The HR EVP has his daughter, son, 2 son-in-laws, and a brother-in-law in the company -- none of them got laid off."
