Upper management is a joke..it is a family started and family run business in the 3rd generation. They have no clue as to what they are doing..they change their minds over products, distribution, and even their own management at a whim...I was there 18 months and they went through about 12 sales reps 4 regional managers, 3 national sales managers, and 1 COO. Within 1 year after my departure they had gone through another 10 sales reps... I had to sue for being fired to get my unemployment..the court went in my favor, unreasonable dismissal..I was told every employment law firm in the state of SC has met them in court. ENOUGH SAID...the best thing would be for the family to sell it and let somebody run it correctly..then it would be a wonderful company
