"Not recommended. Worst place I have ever worked"
"Looks great from the outside, but actually a terrible place to work. This is a good ole boy Richmond company. If you are outside Richmond, expect to be micromanaged and mistreated. Even if you are in Richmond, if you are not with the in set, forget it. Diversity at top levels is nearly zero. Total diversity is at 16% across the whole company. Top managers get there by being incompetent and sucking up. Don't believe the rah-rah and awards they win- run away!"
