"Capital One is undergoing a lot of change. They're very ambitious for a financial company and are betting everything on a total move to the cloud. This is really exciting, but also very difficult and has caused a lot of work for everyone at the company. They're also quite not as much a "tech company" as they'd like to be since banks are still heavily regulated and you can't get away from that. Basically, they're more fun to work for than any other financial company, but they're still a financial company."
