"Lots of very smart people to work with. Some interesting projects - not enough though."

"I traveled nearly 90% of the time and it was expected that I do so. There was little work/life balance in the job, although the company seemed to stress this a lot. There was very little tolerance for taking time off if you were on a billable project."

"Reduce the travel. Increase the pay. Create more opportunities for interesting work."
