"There is a lot of nepotism I have to deal with every day. People with power tend to hire people from their states in India and try to increase their presence in the project. After they join, they support them for promotion by giving exaggerating facts about their work even if there is a negative feedback from client. They hide their lack of skills and utter failures by all means making those suffer who deserve and have best client feedback."
