"I have worked at Capgemini India, which is CMMI level 5 company based in France."
"Yes, it's good place to work."
"There is a lot of nepotism I have to deal with every day. People with power tend to hire people from their states in India and try to increase their presence in the project. After they join, they support them for promotion by giving exaggerating facts about their work even if there is a negative feedback from client. They hide their lack of skills and utter failures by all means making those suffer who deserve and have best client feedback."
"I have been working in CapgeminI since June 2012. CapgeminI is a big company with a good ethical code. Actually I am working as Linux Consultant, developing perl, python and shell scripts for task automation and administration matters. With the collaboration of my team, we had done a perl tool for deploy to all the supermarket applications all over supermarket chain."
"I am happy to work here. Good."
"This was an exciting role at Capgemini. I had my own computer and was able to use my college degree. Some of my co-workers were really great people. There were many resources available to study and improve skills, but there were some unrealistic goals by management. Some of the management bothered me, some teachers became hostile when goals were not met. I did learn a huge amount at this company though and I sincerely thank them for the opportunity; and for the most part I was treated okay."
"I've worked in PRPC for more than 6 years now and I am a CSSA certified resource."
