"Capco is a great firm that cares about your interests and how to align those with the projection of your career. I was able to network easily and create a brand for myself that set the standards of my deliverables. Compared to other consulting firms, I would say Capco employees have a bit more flexibility. The only downside is that the projects can become somewhat repetitive because of the size of the company. For example, if you become a product manager within the wealth management arm, the client asks to become similar and the clients are pretty much the same."
"Capco has a great culture and work environment. It is an excellent company with fair compensation. The firm believes in promoting based on meritocracy, and it follows through with that methodology."
"Opaque about the firm's financial situation. Management blames a poor quarter for low bonuses."
"I’ve worked at Capco for over a year within the Digital practice and have been part of the extreme growth that they have been experiencing. With the growth, a focus on talent development or better career support could be put in place. Clients are happy to work with us and excited to see the digital transformation."
"One of the great companies to work."
"Great company, but the way people move up the ladder just isn't great"
"A great company to work and a lot of great people."
