4 The company pays employees hourly earnings much higher than competitors in the industry. Many can expect to earn six figures with numerous benefits as well. The money is great. Now that I have established that, there is more to know. The expectations of you are super high and attendance is taken seriously. There is also high accountability for following rules and policies. This is where many lose their job. The pressure is such that it can make one feel very stressed out. If you balance it all out, it can be a great career.
