What don't you like about working at Campbell University?
"Management of the admissions department is terrible. Those in charge have little experience in the field and as such are not able to lead the employees properly. Legal issues are glossed over and sometimes ignored. The welfare of the staff is secondary to selling the institution. Benefits are terrible. Pay is terrible. Communication with superiors would be terrible if it were allowed at all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clean house and bring in someone who knows admissions."
