"This is a door to door sales company selling office supplies. Commission is the only way to be payed at this job. They will lead you on by telling you that you can get a salary plus commission, but the salary is based on a hard quota that you must meet to get your salary. If you do not meet the quota, you do not get the salary set. Based on the quota and the commission only pay rate, if you make your quota but were getting paid by commission, you would've made more money going the commission way."
