"The management style is demeaning and demoralizing in it's interaction with employees and customers. There is also no long term growth opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to treat employees and customers as your partners in success rather then as a subordinate that you are doing a favor for by allowing them to work from you or by you. Also understand that employees are much more successful when they feel like they are fighting for a company rather then fighting against the company."
