"Limited exposure to certain Microsoft products and lack of advancement opportunities. Some of the yearly scheduled reviews covering performance and other aspects of the job have been postponed for the following year."

"I believe management does a wonderful job assisting employees and customers. One area which I may offer a suggestion would be to offer an opportunity for employees to participate in a program or work with some one for the purpose of improving a particular skill."
