"I think the company is a little too small and does not seek to retain talent, I think that this could be changed and they would have more success"

"I think they need to hire a more skilled team of managers with education higher than the staff I think individuals who work hard should be rewarded and not vice versa"

"Not managed well lets friendships and family loyalties make choices for them as well as thinking of short-term cost rather than big picture"

"Know that spending out some money on the technology will help keep customers happy and make less work for the employees. Also, re-think having friends and family working directly under each other as when promotions are given people will not think they were earned but given."
