"I really enjoy my jobs. I love helping people and making someone's day. I like to figure out how to fix the issues they are having and hearing the relief they feel when everything is fixed and they understand what is going on. Also I love helping employees the same way. Most of the time there is a way to make everyone happy in most situations. Only thing I hated was how management treated everyone and they didn't know their jobs. Most people came to me instead of the manager because I had all the answers when the managers only worried about getting their reports done. Had no idea about policies or procedures and ran the call center so ineffective . If they tried they could have saved the company a lot of money but they never wanted to think about why we had people only taking 2 calls in 8 hours of work. We were way over staffed most of the time which had to cost the company a lot of money."
