"Be willing to try and do anything, as soon as you say no thanks people will stop talking to you. Be positive and really eager to learn from your coworkers, experience is everything in this field, it's a small town so keep that in mind as well."

"Unrealistic contract hours, social structure which pits employees against one another, outdated equipment, little recognition of contribution"
