"I’ve worked for Caldera Medical for a while now and what I can say about them is that they are not what they appeared or say to be. They say they have their 4 values which they don’t live up to. They let go of 7 people in one day with the reason that they are doing a reconstruction in the company and many jobs were eliminated immediately, if they cared they should of not let us all go without any sign from one day to the next. They switched roles within the company without any say, people who were working there for over 20 years were stripped from their roles and basically forced to stay with the new role at no say. Once you are let go they will provide a severance paycheck to you only if you sign the separation agreement which basically says that you will never work for another competitor medical device company which is basically any big Medical Device Company. They also say in the agreement which is a contract that you should always be available to appear in any litigation at anytime for whatever period of time this requires forever, and of course this is without any pay. How can you rely on a company that doesn’t appreciate even a 20 year dedicated employee, who decides to cut jobs for one day to the next and specially during Christmas time."
