"Probably the worst company I have ever worked for! My "superior" was totally incompetent and had no idea what he was doing; the safety manager spent most of his time looking through a telescope at the world outside; was informed by a long time employee that the company had not made a profit in over 5 years; and last but certainly not least, the company had a $2.2 million loan payment due and decided not to pay it, resulting in the release of almost the entire workforce. Company is now out of business - good riddance!"

What do you like about working at Cal Dive International?

"The job was international and offshore. I had wonderful and intelligent co-workers, and a fantastic legal team. It was fun!"

"Be open-minded, and understand offshore services business and capital markets."

"There's not a lot of room for growth. The offshore business is struggling."
