"Had great advancement options and provided one on one care of its employees. Spent time to get acquainted with its employees and provided a work setting where one could be relaxed yet very proficient and effective at their job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Relax and be yourself. The main thing they are looking for is that you can be friendly and provide a good experience for all of their guests."
What don't you like about working at Harrah's Entertainment?
"I did not like the mandatory uniforms or the fact that we had to stay standing in the same place for 10 hrs a day with few breaks."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, I thought management was wonderful and open minded. They took the time to listen to everyone's point of view and opinion before forming a decision."
