"I've worked for Caesars Entertainment since 2011. I've grown so much professionally thanks to them. I have nothing negative to say about the company. I appreciate the opportunity that's been afforded."
"Strong IT department with revolutionary ideas on how to better market to their core customer base using technology as the catalyst. Hoping that their present financial predicament does not stall too many of the projects that are still WIP."
"Great company but bad pay."
"Too many managers, no leadership within senior management. You are controlled and not led. Nice facility at corporate but not enough room. The environment is stuffy. Very difficult to achieve project goals because of the lack of leadership and contention between IT and InfoSec. Because of this the program progressed very slowly and is months behind schedule."
"Corporate Retail Division has an antiquated inventory control system, a very controlling atmosphere and a lot of favoritism. Very difficult to get the job done. Strategic plan did not make sense given the type of retail environment we were dealing with in the Casinos. A very low inventory turn ratio (less than 2), for the traffic and number of locations."
"Caesars has very little enthusiasm for innovation when it comes to IT Security. A very technically inept IT management organization with maintaining status quo. There are some good individuals that share my passion for process improvements and automation. However, the lack of leadership and arrogance tends to overwhelm any potential requests for improvement."
