"just be yourself and if you are new to the field don't worry they give you alot of time to learn the job."

"Not having to the to fully fix a customers issues with equipment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take the time to cross train customer service so they can effectively fix issues over the phone. Most trouble calls do not need a tech to fix, it could happen over the phone."
