"There are small areas of the company that are run well, like the team I am in, but as a whole, CA is very old school and based on a culture of finger pointing and excuses."

What don't you like about working at CA Technologies?

"Too much politics, too many people in it for their own paycheck instead of the company goals and values. The old guard at CA is incapable of running an innovative tech company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would remove the overhead, stop re-orging and acquiring, focus on innovation."
