"The CA engineering team is made up great people who are dedicated to their products and customers. However, CA is a revolving door for senior management who show up, spend a lot of time talking about new initiatives, and then leave after 18 months. This results in little-to-no benefit to the customers and a very unhappy work-force. Investing in products and reducing directional churn would go a long way to righting the ship."
