"The environment there can be friendly, but working with upper management can be a bit tedious. There are many bosses there trying to drive the company in several different directions, and it can get in the way of doing your job and making the product for our customers. The production staff are very friendly and knowledgable, as are the engineers and staff. Communication needs to be worked on, both in the department and inter-departmental."
