"Bydand is a family owned and operated business. I have learned a lot from my manager however, the owners are not flexible when problems arise. They have instituted new systems for leads for the mortgage originators. The business has declined since these new systems were put into place however, they refuse to listen to the mortgage originators who have suggested returning to the original system which was highly successful as a result the decline is causing mortgage originators to look elsewhere for a better work model."
