"Believe in yourself: There were 2-3 hard years after the economy tanked but your leadership team got you through this with a cadre of excellent, loyal, and committed partners, associates, and staff, and is getting it right now. Automotive and College and University work are feathers in the firm's cap you should exploit--as are the 2 east coast offices."
