"I worked from home for the past 4 years and it worked really well working independently and my manager was great to work for."

"They will need to understand that this is a huge transition period with many challenges, just know change occurs frequently and adopt to change very quickly."

"I would have to say the transition has been a challenge to working now with Countrywide systems which need quite a bit of upgrading."

"To review the current processes in place, ensure that we keep the customer in front at all times."
