"Don't work there. The company does not treat its employees well."

"I did not feel connected to the organization as a whole. I was the only person doing my job and it did not relate to anything else that the company was doing. I felt like my manager didn't have it all thought out and that towards the end was running out of ideas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have had more communication with the employees about the direction of the company and what needed to be done."
