What do you like about working at Sierra College?
"Empowerment, freedom, trust, open communication, support, collaboration, comraderie, atmosphere, and decent hourly wage."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Administration will give you the interview questions 30 minutes before the interview so you have time to think about answers and write them down on paper. Be prepared for a group or panel interview of at least 5 personnel from different departments."
What don't you like about working at Sierra College?
"No benefits for adjuncts. LGBTQ agenda is being shoved down our throats."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was only evaluated 3 times in 12 years. It would be nice to receive feedback more often, and get complimented more frequently:)"

"Excellent opportunity to be self driven. Work not routine."
What do you like about working at Utah State University?
"Challenging environment. Ability to mentor individuals. Dynamic work requirements, not routine in nature. Allows for self management without constant micromanagement."

"Very difficult to identify and quantify. Each employment decision is on an very individual basis."
What don't you like about working at Utah State University?
"Poor interaction between departments. Lack of information flow to allow for setting goals of subordinates"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increase interaction. Get out of office and see what is happening in environment. Increase interaction and involvement with other departments."
