"Always look for the next move. It seems like if you don't look to move upward every year or so, you'll get stuck where you are."

"Feeling under paid. A lot of bureaucracy, and cliques. The work environment seems stuffy and unnecessary, a better work life balance, if would be nice if employees could work from home if the position allows."

"Improved work life balance. Align salaries to industry standard for work being completed. Improve accountability for mid-level management."

"The friends I made from my coworkers."

"The questions they ask you are off the wall and unexpected. Most of the time you are unable to answer them but if you have a pulse, you can get a job in the call center."

"The health benefits, the management was incompetent, you are not treated as a human being, more like a child robot. They expect you to work over night without going home, unrealistic deadlines, poor morale, and unethical practices that borderline cross what is legal."

"Treat your employees with respect, and you will keep them."

"Don't do it. They lie to get you in, and find ways to get you out."

"Management treats you poorly, no direction, inconsistent policies, unethical policies, medical/health plan is horrible. Expensive and doesn't cover anything. Constantly worrying if you will be the next to get fired, because they do not lay off."

"Listen to your employees."
